The Alta site is located downtown on 14th Street in the currently revitalizing neighborhood of Thomas Circle. The 13-story, concrete frame high-rise building has ground floor retail, twelve floors (126 units) of residential space above, and four levels of below-grade parking.  This signature, luxury residential tower is distinguished by its modern finishes: expansive windows, exposed ductwork and tile floorscreate a spacious and clean environment within the heart of downtown Washington, DC. The Alta achieved status as the first LEED-certified condominium building in the District through the inventive integration of structural and mechanical systems. Landscaped terraces at the second floor and rooftop serve double-duty as “green roofs” and community amenities for residents.
