Currently in the early design phase, this new building will anchor the northern end of the Tenley Circle Metro Station area and contribute housing and community amenities to the neighborhood as a Transit-Oriented Development project. Cunningham | Quill is working with the Tenley Advisory Neighborhood Commission, the District of Columbia Office of Planning, and the District of Columbia Zoning Commission to accomplish a rezoning of this site, which will allow a major increase in building area.
The ground floor will contain community-serving retail, underground parking, and three affordable housing units. Above, 40 condominium units will rise 5 stories in two wings connected by a glass link. This light channel will ascend to the penthouse, providing spectacular views of Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.
