CLEVELAND PARK RESTORATION

Project Description

Located in historic Cleveland Park, this home was constructed in the early 1900’s. Maintaining the integrity of the original house remained a central focus of design.

The front elevation was restored, while the addition of two integrated screen porches to the rear of the house greatly improves circulation between the inside and outside. Direct access from the new family living spaces to the screened porch creates an airy space for communal leisure. On the second level, the master bedroom and master bath open directly onto another screen porch, evoking a private retreat in the trees.
