A graduate of Tulane University, Ms. Asenjo’s design sensibility is influenced by the dichotomy of colorful and industrial architecture found in New Orleans, Louisiana. In addition, Ms. Asenjo has a strong appreciation for architecture and its relationship to the urban environment and strives to implement site sensitive strategies as a method for design. Attention to sustainable strategies and the environmental and cultural conditions surrounding a project are principles that were influential to her design education. Ms. Asenjo approaches each project through an iterative process of distillation and discovery. In addition to her Masters in Architecture, Ms. Asenjo also holds a Bachelors in Interior Design which has informed her digital rendering process when creating a vision for the projects she works on. Ms. Asenjo is also an abstract painter and jewelry artist, in both mediums the lines and forms of architecture have greatly influenced her work.
