Angela Yu, AIA, joined Cunningham | Quill Architects after graduating from the University of Michigan with her Masters degree in 2004. Since then, Ms. Yu has led single family residential projects across the Metropolitan DC area. She has worked on homes of all styles and scales, ranging from modern condominiums to historic single-family homes. Ms. Yu has also worked on a number of prominent commercial and mixed-use buildings in urban settings. Her attention to detail and desire to make the home a functional unified  and beautiful space is evident throughout her work, helping to garner many awards for her projects. Her award-winning work has been featured in Home & Design magazine.

 

Prior to joining Cunningham | Quill Architects, Ms. Yu worked as an intern for VanTine | Guthrie Studio of Architecture, now inFORM Studio, in Northville, Michigan. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects’ Washington, DC Chapter as well as NCARB. Ms. Yu has also been an active participant in the DC Building Industry Association’s Community Improvement Day since 2004.
