Benjamin Glor, AIA, studied psychology at The College of Wooster, graduating with honors in 2014. He was awarded the American Psychological Association Undergraduate Student Research Award for his Senior Independent Study LET THE OUTSIDE IN: A CASE FOR BIOPHILIC DESIGN. Benjamin went on to receive his Masters of Architecture at the University of Virginia. He continued to investigate the intersections of nature, and the built environment. Since graduating from UVA in 2017, Benjamin has worked in Washington DC focusing on single-family residences within historic neighborhoods. He believes that combining old and new elements in unexpected ways affords a lasting essence deeply rooted in place. When not designing, Benjamin loves to sail and explore Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
