Madeline Stokoe, AIA joins Cunningham | Quill Architects as a Project Architect having previously worked for firms in Washington, DC and San Francisco. Ms. Stokoe is a DC area native with experience creating single family residential architecture in the metropolitan area. She received a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. During her time there, Ms. Stokoe studied abroad in Rome and participated in their San Francisco Urban Design program. With experience living and working in Washington, DC and San Francisco and her time studying in Rome, she developed an appreciation for cities with complex pasts and an interest in urban design. Ms. Stokoe was co-designer of a first prize winning entry for an international urban design competition for a greenway park along the East River in New York City.
