Sitting prominently at the intersection of Florida Avenue and North Capitol Street, One Florida is distinguished by a diamond patterned pre-cast façade. The building is a 300,000 square foot, 14-story, concrete and masonry residential project including 560 apartments ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms. Residents will have access to amenities such as a penthouse terrace with sweeping views of the Washington DC skyline, a rooftop pool, club room, gym, bike storage, automated parking system, and a retail café located at the street level that will serve the surrounding neighborhood and building residents. Cunningham Quill collaborated with Morris Adjimi Architects and Aria Development on this project.
